Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional in-home sales presentations.
  • Accurately quote and provide heating and air solutions to homeowners. 
  • Assisting with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners.
  • Build value for services and educate customers on options.
  • Consistent follow-up and relationship management with all existing and potential customers.
  • Generate referrals from completed jobs with happy customers.

Requirements

  • One (1) year minimum of residential HVAC sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the last 5 years.
  • Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
