The Customer Service Representative will assist clients by arranging service appointments and going above and beyond to enhance the lives of our clients. We treat our clients like family!


· Must be able work in the Aurora, IL office 

· Proven track record in excellent customer service

· Ability to multitask; proficient typing while engaging with clients over the phone

· Experience with CRM software and phone systems

· Detailed oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills

· Team oriented, eager to learn within a respect driven environment

· Ability to build trust with the team, clients and demonstrate empathy

· Believes in, promotes, and lives out the company’s visions and values


· Reliable transportation to and from the Aurora office 

· Convert incoming client calls into booked service appointments.

· Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable

· Respond to client requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand

· Display professionalism and establish customer rapport

· Engage in ongoing training to increase call proficiency, inbound and outbound

· Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving client complaints in a timely manner with a favorable       outcome

· Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information

· Plant the seed for our Perfect Home Services VIP program

· Responsible to meet the needs of the 3-Day Call Board
